WARRANTY COVERAGE

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Warranty Commencement: Coverage begins from the date of delivery/invoice issued to the first owner and is non-transferable unless specified under fleet contracts.
- Service Record Compliance: Regular servicing at authorized Supertech EV service centers is mandatory. Lapse in scheduled service may void the warranty.
- Parts Covered: Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the motor, controller, battery, frame, charger, and electrical system. Consumables like brake pads, tyres, bulbs, fuses, and mirrors are excluded.
- Battery Performance Clause: Warranty is void if:
- The battery is overcharged, undercharged, or charged with non-OEM chargers.
- Physical damage or tampering is detected.
- Water damage or deep discharge (below cut-off voltage) is found.
- Exclusions:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or modifications
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Unauthorized repair or opening of components
- Use of third-party or incompatible spare parts
HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY
- Visit your nearest Supertech Authorized Service Center (ASC) or call our customer care.
- Provide the vehicle chassis number and warranty card.
- Our technician will inspect and confirm eligibility.
- Valid claims will receive free repair or replacement as per component warranty.
