6. Warranty and After-Sales Support
6.1 Standard Warranty Coverage

6.2 AMC and Extended Support
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) are available for individual and fleet vehicles.
- Includes periodic checkups, spare parts discounts, and technical diagnostics.
- AMC enrollment must be done at the time of vehicle delivery or within 30 days.
6.3 Service Network
We operate 80+ service centers across India. Mobile service vans are deployed in semi-urban and rural zones. All service must be performed at authorized Supertech EV locations to retain warranty eligibility.7. Test Drives, Bookings, and Vehicle Delivery
- Test drives are subject to availability at select dealerships.
- Booking amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery dates are estimated and may change due to supply chain, transportation, or regulatory delays.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by law, Supertech EV shall not be liable for:- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Damages due to misuse, accident, wear & tear, or third-party modification.
- Delays or interruptions in website availability or system errors.
9. Payment, Financing, and Refunds
- Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards (via dealers).
- We do not store any financial information on our website.
- Financing options are subject to approval by third-party NBFC/bank partners.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed as per dealer policies within 7–10 working days.
10. Privacy Policy
